Asian Youth Choir 2010 (Bohol-Dapitan-Manila, Philippines)

Asian Youth Choir 2010 is open to singers 16-30 years old.
AYC is an international festival choir, open to choral singers coming from different countries in Asia. This year, participating countries are Japan, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. This event was started in 1998 in Japan under the support of Niigata Prefecture. The Philippines will host AYC 2010, and Koro Filipino: The Philippine Choral Guild is granted sole authority to organize and represent AYC 2010:Pilipinas from July 21 - 31, 2010, covering the Visayas and Luzon islands. Participation fee is US$200.Conductors are Prof. Masashi Kishimoto of North Dakota State University and Ms. Anna Tabita Abeleda-Piquero of the University of the East Chorale and the University of the Visayas Chorale.
