HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER



You may download the revised kf application form found above this page. 

To apply for membership: 
1. Completely fill out the application form and e-mail to:
    philippinechoralguild@yahoo.com

2. Pay the membership fee by cash or by depositing to our bank account:

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES: 

Php 300.00 - Individual Membership 
Php 1,000.00 - Choir Membership 

3. Send your information files.
   (updated photos and write-ups of the choir and the conductor)

4. Sign the KF membership contract which will be send to you as confirmation of
    your application payment.

5. You will receive a welcome letter from KF once your application is completed.

6. Your name/ choir's name will appear on the UPDATED ROSTER of MEMBERS of the Philippine Choral Guild.
